上市公司资本结构的研究不仅对于上市公司优化资本结构，保持公长期稳健可持续发展具有重要意义，甚至对于我国市场经济以及国民经济的发展都具有十分重大的理论和现实意义。本文从公司的资产流动性、盈利能力、营运能力、成长性和公司规模5个方面来分析资本结构的影响因素，并进行实证研究。

Capital structure of listed companies in the field of accounting has been an important research topic. Capital struc-ture of listed companies not only has important implications for listed companies to optimize capital structure, reduce financ-ing costs and operating costs, improve economic profit and maintain stable long-term sustainable development, even has a very great theoretical and practical significance for China’s market economy and the development of the national economy, this paper analyze the factors affecting the capital structure from the company’s liquidity, profitability, operational capabilities, growth and company size.
