翻译过程中，不可避免地会遇到因原作者与译语读者的文化背景、认知环境、对译语的理解不同而产生的文化缺省，尤其在外宣翻译中，文化缺省涉及文化的各个方面，译者应该运用关联理论，加以各种翻译策略分析文化缺省现象，并对其进行重构，以寻求最佳关联，使译语读者感受到原语特有的文化内涵。

During the process of translation , cultural default often occurs because of different cultural background , cogni-tive environment and comprehension of the target language between the author and target readers .Especially in the foreign publicity translation , cultural default involves all aspects of culture .The translator should analyse cultural default and its reconstruction from the view of Relevance Theory under the assistance of other translation strategies for the purpose of opti -mal relevance .It will be easy for target readers to feel the unique cultural connotation .
