利用现代计算机技术在测试系统上的巨大优势，研究基于计算机技术实现车床刚度在线自动测试的方法，利用Delphi软件，开发出车床刚度在线测量系统的新方法。实验表明，该测试系统具有高的精度、小的误差和高的测量效率等优点。因此，该系统测量出的刚度值具有更高的参考价值。
이용현대계산궤기술재측시계통상적거대우세，연구기우계산궤기술실현차상강도재선자동측시적방법，이용Delphi연건，개발출차상강도재선측량계통적신방법。실험표명，해측시계통구유고적정도、소적오차화고적측량효솔등우점。인차，해계통측량출적강도치구유경고적삼고개치。
The author using the great advantage of modern computer technology in the test system, research based on com-puter technology, achieve lathe rigidity online automatic testing methods, through using Delphi software, developed a new method for stiffness of on-line measurement system for lathe. Experimental results show that the test system has the advan-tages of high precision, small error and high measurement efficiency and others, therefore, the system measured stiffness value has high reference value.
