目的：探讨外囊完整剥除术治疗肝包虫病的可行性、有效性和安全性。方法对2008年1月-2013年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院肝腔镜外科施行肝包虫外囊完整剥除术52例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果52例患者均顺利完成手术。手术时间平均69 min，术中平均出血量156 mL，术后5例术区局限性积液，右侧胸腔积液3例，2例出现轻微胆瘘，术后2w内愈合，无其他严重并发症。结论肝包虫外囊完整剥除术是一种安全、合理、有效的根治性手术，并可缩短手术时间，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토외낭완정박제술치료간포충병적가행성、유효성화안전성。방법대2008년1월-2013년1월신강의과대학제일부속의원간강경외과시행간포충외낭완정박제술52례환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과52례환자균순리완성수술。수술시간평균69 min，술중평균출혈량156 mL，술후5례술구국한성적액，우측흉강적액3례，2례출현경미담루，술후2w내유합，무기타엄중병발증。결론간포충외낭완정박제술시일충안전、합리、유효적근치성수술，병가축단수술시간，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility,efficacy and safety of total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis.Methods The clinical data of 52 patients applying total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis between January 2008 and January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Oper-ation of all the 52 cases were successfully completed.The average operation time and blood loss were 69 mi-nutes and 1 5 6 mL respectively,There were no severe complications except 5 cases with postoperative local hydrops,3 case with pleural effusion and 2 case with slight bile leakage which healed after two weeks. Conclusion Total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis is a safe,feasible surgical technique.It can also reduce the operating time and has the value to be promoted in clinical practice.
