目的:观察人胚胎三叉神经节细胞随胎龄增长的变化发育规律。方法取19~32 w人胚胎三叉神经节,光镜观察,进行细胞计数,图像分析仪测量三叉神经节细胞面积、周长、直径。结果随着胎龄增长三叉神经节细胞数目无明显变化,直径随胎龄增长而增大,面积和周长均随胎龄增大而明显增大。结论人胚胎三叉神经节细胞形态发育在7~8个月(32 w)时达成年人水平;但细胞数目随胎龄增长无明显变化。
目的:觀察人胚胎三扠神經節細胞隨胎齡增長的變化髮育規律。方法取19~32 w人胚胎三扠神經節,光鏡觀察,進行細胞計數,圖像分析儀測量三扠神經節細胞麵積、週長、直徑。結果隨著胎齡增長三扠神經節細胞數目無明顯變化,直徑隨胎齡增長而增大,麵積和週長均隨胎齡增大而明顯增大。結論人胚胎三扠神經節細胞形態髮育在7~8箇月(32 w)時達成年人水平;但細胞數目隨胎齡增長無明顯變化。
목적:관찰인배태삼차신경절세포수태령증장적변화발육규률。방법취19~32 w인배태삼차신경절,광경관찰,진행세포계수,도상분석의측량삼차신경절세포면적、주장、직경。결과수착태령증장삼차신경절세포수목무명현변화,직경수태령증장이증대,면적화주장균수태령증대이명현증대。결론인배태삼차신경절세포형태발육재7~8개월(32 w)시체성년인수평;단세포수목수태령증장무명현변화。
Objective To observe the development of human embryonic trigeminal ganglion cells with fetal development.Method Embryonic trigeminal ganglion aged from 19 to 32 weeks were observed by light microscopy;the cells were counted,and image analysis instrument was used to measure the area,perime-ter and diameter of trigeminal ganglion cells.Results With the development of fetus,the number of tri-geminal ganglion cells showed no significant changes,but they grew in diameter while the area and perime-ter of cells increased significantly.Conclusion The morphology development of trigeminal ganglion cells in human embryo achieved adults′level at 7-8 months (32 weeks),but the number of cells showed no significant change with the development of fetus.
