卤水中Na2SO4经冷冻结晶成为Na2SO4.10H2O析出,经沉降分离后得到十水芒硝硝浆。由于我司原有的芒硝生产工艺是采用真空转鼓过滤机进行滤过工艺,存在过滤滤料中母液含量过高(主要是NaCl和H2O),造成经热熔后进入真空蒸发制硝工序中的硝浆含盐份过高,使蒸发罐排硝效母液的NaCl含量过高,经离心分离和干燥后得到产品芒硝质量较差、一级品率低。为此,我司经过采用不同的十水硝滤过设备进行综合对比和摸索,最终选用的带式过滤机作为十水芒硝滤过主要设备并辅以适当的洗涤装置,使十水芒硝滤料中母液含量和NaCl过高的问题得到很好的解决,并为低盐芒硝的生产创造了很好的条件。

Na2SO4in brine precipitate as Na2SO4.10H2O after freezing crystallization. After setting and separation, Na2SO4.10H2O slurry is obtained. Due to the original glauber ’s salt producing process of our company is taking vacuum drum filter to filter. And the content of mother liquid (NaCl+H2O) is high which cause high content of salt in the nitrate slurry which enters the vacuum evaporation nitrate making process after hot melting and the quality of gluaber ’s salt product after centrifugal separation and drying. Thus, after comprehensive contrast and exploration to the different filter of Na 2SO4.·10H2O, belt filter is selected as the main filtering equipment and assist with scrubber. The problem of the content of mother liquid and Nacl is too high is solved and provides good conditions to the production of glauber ’s salt of low salt.
