采用文献检索、内容归类分析的方法,对连作后马铃薯的形态与生理的变化、连作时间与土壤微生态结构的变化、连作障碍发生的机理与调控措施等问题进行研究。结果表明,连作可引起马铃薯形态与生理,马铃薯土壤水分与养分、马铃薯土壤酶、马铃薯土壤微生物等因素发生显著变化。国内马铃薯连作障碍的研究起步晚、成果少,起点高。目前的研究成果多属于单因素试验,多因子特别是土壤微生态因子与连作障碍相关性的研究有待深入。

Literature search and content classification analysis were adopted to research the issues including morphological and physiological changes after potato continuous cropping, continuous cropping time and soil micro structure changes, the mechanism of disorder in continuous cropping and the corresponding control measures. The results showed that continuous cropping could cause significant changes in the shape and physiology of potato, the soil moisture and nutrients, planting soil enzyme, soil microbes and other factors. The results concluded that domestic potato continuous cropping obstacles research started late, made less achievement, but had a high starting point. The current findings are mostly based on single-factor test, and multi-factor test, especial y the research of the relationship between soil micro factors and continuous cropping obstacles, demands further study.
