管道输水灌溉是节水灌溉技术的主要发展方向之一。目前,我国关于灌溉管网的技术经济研究、现行国家标准规范及实际灌溉工程主要针对管网控制面积在80 hm2以下,系统工作压力在0.4 M Pa以内的灌溉区域。随着我国经济水平的迅速提高和科学技术的快速发展,特别是农村土地扭转、农业规模化经营发展的政策需求,管网的控制面积正在逐步增大。然而,关于更大规模灌溉管网的技术性、经济性的相关报道尚且较少。因此,针对大规模灌溉管网建设中所存在的问题进行了分析,并针对所存在的问题提出了解决思路。

Irrigation with pipe conveyance is one of the main development trends of water-saving irrigation .At present ,the techno‐logical and economic research ,the national standards and irrigation projects of irrigation pipe networks are mainly applied to irriga‐tion areas with no more than 80 hm2 ,in which the pressure of systems is less than 0 .4 MPa .With the rapid improvement of the e‐conomy and development of science and technology ,the irrigation area of the pipe networks is gradually growing ,especially due to the transformation of land management style .However ,the investigations about the technology and economy of larger-scale irriga‐tion pipe networks are scarce .Therefore ,this research investigates the issues in the construction of large-scale irrigation pipe net‐works ,and puts forward some ideas of solving these problems .
