中国改革开放30年成果丰硕，为中国积累了大量的外汇储备，加之中国国内经济趋于饱和，中国矿业资本走向世界是必然趋势。然而，国际矿业市场状况及运行规则对于中国矿业来说，还是一个比较陌生的环境和课题。走出国门，走向世界，参与国际矿业市场的竞争，我们还没有现成的经验可以借鉴。面对日益激烈的国际竞争环境和严峻的竞争形势，中国矿业必须了解国际矿业投资的现状和基本结构，才能在国际矿业市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文试图通过对国际矿业投资现状和趋势的分析研究，为中国矿业走出国门提供参考和决策依据。

China’s reform and opening up 30 years of fruitful achievements have accumulated a large amount of foreign exchange reserves .Combined with China’s domestic economy tending to saturation ,China mining capital to the world is the inevitable trend .However ,the international mining market conditions and operation rules for China mining ,is a relatively unfamiliar environment and topic .Going out of the country , to the world ,to participate in the international mining market competition ,we have no ready‐made experience to learn from .Faced with the increasingly fierce international competition environment and the severe competition situation ,Chinese mining industry must understand the current situation and the basic structure of the international mining investment ,remaining to be invincible in the international mining market competition .This paper attempts to analyze and research the current situation and trends of international mining investment ,to provide the reference and basis for decision making of China mining industry abroad .
