台湾海峡两岸油气供应对外依存度高，均面临着能源安全问题。近几年，两岸经济合作取得了重大进展，但油气资源勘探开发合作却开展乏力，与两岸经济发展不相适应。南海油气资源丰富，战略地位十分重要。两岸如能开展油气资源勘探开发合作，将对两岸的经济发展乃至东亚地区等地缘政治发生积极影响，并具有重大的民族利益和重要的经济意义。
檯灣海峽兩岸油氣供應對外依存度高，均麵臨著能源安全問題。近幾年，兩岸經濟閤作取得瞭重大進展，但油氣資源勘探開髮閤作卻開展乏力，與兩岸經濟髮展不相適應。南海油氣資源豐富，戰略地位十分重要。兩岸如能開展油氣資源勘探開髮閤作，將對兩岸的經濟髮展迺至東亞地區等地緣政治髮生積極影響，併具有重大的民族利益和重要的經濟意義。
태만해협량안유기공응대외의존도고，균면림착능원안전문제。근궤년，량안경제합작취득료중대진전，단유기자원감탐개발합작각개전핍력，여량안경제발전불상괄응。남해유기자원봉부，전략지위십분중요。량안여능개전유기자원감탐개발합작，장대량안적경제발전내지동아지구등지연정치발생적겁영향，병구유중대적민족이익화중요적경제의의。
The degree of dependence on foreign oil and gas resources cross Taiwan Strait is very high , which attributes to face with energy security issue .In recent years ,the economic cooperation cross strait has made great progress ,but the cooperation on the exploration and development of oil and gas resources is lack of motive and failed to keep up with the pace of economic development .The South Sea is abundant in oil and gas resources and locates in very important strategic position .If the cooperation in oil and gas resources exploration and development can be carried out cross strait ,that will produce positive impact on the economic development cross strait even on the geopolitics in East Asia ,and also will benefit national interests and produce economic meanings .
