在分析国内外水资源利用效率相关研究基础上,选取用水结构、去变异化农业用水效率、万元工业增加值用水量等5个指标,通过对地区指标数据的聚类分析,采用投影寻踪和遗传算法优化构建水资源利用效率评估模型。以2012年我国299个地级城市作为研究区域,将其水资源利用效率分为五个等级,进行我国水资源利用效率地区差异性研究,研究表明我国城市水资源利用效率地区差异性显著,水资源短缺和经济较为发达的华北和华东地区水资源效率较高,水资源丰富和经济较为落后的西部地区水资源利用效率较低,并对水资源利用效率前后10名的城市进行主要影响因子进行分析,为提高地区水资源利用效率提供依据。

Based on the research on the efficiency of water resources usage at home and abroad ,a water resource utilization efficiency assessment index is proposed ,which includes seven kinds of indexes such as removal variability of agriculture water resources utiliza‐tion efficiency ,water consumption per 10000 industrial added value index etc .By the cluster analysis of indicator data ,it adopts pro‐tection pursuit model and Genetic algorithm Optimization to establish evaluation model of water resources utilization efficiency .Stud‐ying the 299 cities in China in 2012 ,we divided them into five grades to analyze the region discrepancy of water resources utilization efficiency in China ,which showed the obvious difference .The research shows that water resources utilization efficiency is relatively high in region which is rich in water resources and economic development .In addition ,principal factor analysis has been proposed on the most advanced and the most backward ten cities in the ranking of water resources utilization efficiency to provide the evidences for improving region efficiency .
