对某铀矿区辐射危害因素及剂量的计算和评价分析，通过辨识其放射性影响因素，计算三种主要因素所致井下作业人员全部照射有效剂量，分析企业放射性污染源的辐射程度，找出企业对辐射防护的不足，提出改进关键措施，为其安全生产体系的建设提供理论依据。

Analysis calculation and evaluation of hazard factors in a uranium mine .by identifying the radioactivity influence factors ,calculation of all radiation effective dose to workers by three main factors , radiation degree analysis of radioactive source ,find out the enterprise on the radiation protection insufficiency .As a result ,the guidance and reference for enterprise safe production were provided;furthermore ,the theoretical basis for its construction of safety management system was afforded .
