通过对甲玛多金属矿现有破碎系统工艺及碎磨过程能量分布规律的优化研究,合理评估碎磨流程中各设备的运行状况,找出碎磨流程的问题所在,整体把握碎磨流程能耗分布规律,最终确定合理的入磨粒度及各段破碎比的分配,为节能减排、提高产量寻求着力点。同时,为类似高海拔、多金属矿产资源的开发利用提供有益参考。

T his paper reasonable assesses the equipment running state of the crushing process ,finding the process issues and energy consumption distribution regularity ,finally determine the reasonable sizes of grinding feeding and reduction ratio distribution of each stage ,by the energy consumption distribution research of crushing‐grinding process in Jiama multi‐metal mine ,in order to seek out the focus of energy conservation ,emission reduction ,and the production increasing .In the meanw hile ,it can provide a beneficial reference of the development and utilization for the similar mines with high altitude and multi‐metal mineral resources .
