针对微细粒复杂难处理金矿砷、碳、硫含量较高,金回收率低等问题,成功开发出分段分流分速精细化浮选新技术,该项技术在某金选厂获得了成功运用,其中在原矿金品位3.59 g/t时,获得了金精矿含金位45.56 g/t、金回收率90.07%的工业试验指标,与原生产指标相比,金回收率提高了11.22%。该项技术工艺稳定,经济效益和社会效益显著。

According to refractory complex fine‐graind gold ore which have high content of arsenic、carbon、sulfur but have low recovery of gold ,a novel technology of multistage grinding‐flotation process subject to flotation have developed ,which applied successfully in a gold plant ,when the ore grade of gold 3.59g/t ,the industrial test index of gold concentrate grade of gold45 .56g/t ,gold recovery rate of 90 .07% , compared with the original production index ,the gold recovery rate increased by 11 .22 percentage points . The technology is stable ,significant economic and social benefits .
