Foam is a kind of complex system ,foam stability was one of the important performance of foam .In order to better evaluate the performance of foam in industrial production ,the measurement techniques of foam property were summarized ,and the advantagesand disadvantages of each method were discussed .The influence factors offoam stability were systemically reviewed .At the same time ,some research interests relevant tofoam property and stability were expected .
