在尾砂充填系统中,细粒级尾砂沉降速率慢、沉降后的底流浓度低,在砂仓中很难靠自然沉降获得理想的底流浓度,制约了尾砂充填的用料范围。为了实现全尾砂充填,减少砂仓中细粒级尾砂的溢流跑浑,本文采用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM )絮凝剂,针对极细颗粒细尾砂在立式砂仓中的沉降规律进行了实验研究,并建立了沉降相关参数的数学模型,得到了细粒级尾砂沉降规律。结果表明:在不添加絮凝剂条件下,浆液浓度与沉降速率基本呈线性规律,当添加絮凝剂之后,沉降速率与絮凝剂添加量的关系表现为非线性凸曲线,浆液浓度越高曲线越凸。对于特定的充填料浆浓度,在最佳絮凝剂添加量之前,沉降速率随着絮凝剂添加量增大而加快,当絮凝剂添加量超过该最佳添加量,絮凝沉降速率随絮凝剂添加量增大而减小。

In the tailings filling system ,more slowly sedimentation rate and more slowly concentration at the bottom in sand tank for fine tailing ,are hardly obtain an good requirement of the concentration in the tank bottom by natural sedimentation .This ,of cause ,restrict the scope of tailings filling material . Experiment using polyacrylamide for fine unclassified tailings has been done and analysis of the low for sedimentation in the tank has been made in this study .It is showing that the tail slurry concentration and sedimentation rate increases linearly .When adding flocculants ,the relationship between sedimentation velocity and flocculants addition amount are nonlinear relation ,and shown by convex curve ,the higher the tailing slurry concentration ,the more convex the curve are .This indicate that it must be an optimum flocculants adding amount ,less than it ,the sedimentation rate speeding up along with the increasing flocculants adding amount ,more than it ,the sedimentation rate do not speeding up along with the adding amount ,but decreased .
