基于C FD对直通式调节阀内部流场进行了二维数值模拟,并得到了内部流动参数的可视化图形。对比25%和5%两种开度下,阀门处的压力,速度以及能量损失都存在很大的差异。25%开度下的压力、流速有明显的下降趋势,而5%开度下压力和速度则迅速变化。+两种开度下产生的涡流位置不同,5%开度下能量损失比25%开度下的要大。

In this paper ,a two-dimensional numerical simulation was performed of the internal flow field of straightway pattern con‐trol valve using CFD ,and get the visual graphics of internal flow parameter .Compared to 25% and 5% of the two opening ,it is a big difference for the valve of the pressure ,velocity and energy loss .The pressure and flow velocity have obvious downtrend under the 25% opening ,while the pressure and speed change quickly under the 5% opening .The position of eddy current is different under the two opening ,and energy loss is bigger under the 5% opening .
