目的：分析手术室护理中护患沟通性语言的应用方法及效果。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年12月在笔者所在医院行择期手术的患者120例，按护理方案分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)，分别采用常规护理和应用护患沟通性语言护理，比较两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者SDS评分及SAS评分较对照组均更低，观察组患者满意度96.67%明显高于对照组的78.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在手术室护理中采用护患沟通性语言可有效地改善患者焦虑抑郁状况，提升患者满意度，对构建良好的护患关系有着重要意义。

목적：분석수술실호리중호환구통성어언적응용방법급효과。방법：선취2011년1월-2013년12월재필자소재의원행택기수술적환자120례，안호리방안분위대조조(n=60)화관찰조(n=60)，분별채용상규호리화응용호환구통성어언호리，비교량조환자억욱자평량표(SDS)화초필자평량표(SAS)평분급호리만의도。결과：관찰조환자SDS평분급SAS평분교대조조균경저，관찰조환자만의도96.67%명현고우대조조적78.33%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：재수술실호리중채용호환구통성어언가유효지개선환자초필억욱상황，제승환자만의도，대구건량호적호환관계유착중요의의。
Objective:To analyze the application method and effect of nurse-patient communication language nursing in operation room.Method:120 patients from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected,according to the nursing program,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given effective communication on the basis of conventional care,compared two groups of patients with SDS and SAS score and nursing satisfaction.Result:The SDS,SAS scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs78.33%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nurse-patient communication language can effectively improve the anxiety and depression status of patients in operation room nursing,enhance patient satisfaction,to build a good relationship between nurse and patient has important significance.
