目的:探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动提高普外科护理临床教学效果。方法:将2013年4月-2014年3月在普外科实习96名护生按照随机数字表法分为两组,QCC活动前实习45名护生为对照组,QCC活动后实习51名护生为试验组。对照组护生按照原有带教模式带教,试验组在原有带教模式基础上根据QCC活动要求进行带教。结果:试验组护生对科室教学管理,带教老师态度、知识、学生管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护生理论、操作考试成绩同样高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动有效激发带教老师参与教学质量改进的热情,提升护生对教学管理及带教老师满意度,全面提高护理临床教学效果。

Objective:To explore the effects of quality control circle(QCC) on improving the clinical nursing teaching quality in the general surgery department.Method:96 nursing students,practiced in the general surgery department of the same year,were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental groups.The nursing students(n=45) which had been practiced before QCC served as the control group,and the nursing students(n=51) practiced after QCC as the experimental group.In the control group,the nursing student received the originally teaching type,while the nursing student in the experimental group obtained the QCC teaching type.Result:In the experimental group,the evaluations in teaching management,teacher’s attitude,teacher’s knowledge and management of student,as well as the test scores of theory and nursing operation of students were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The quality control circle is confirmed as an effective method on improving the clinical nursing teaching quality and promoting the degree of satisfaction of teacher.
