为优化强化研磨加工工艺,采用Workbench Explicit Dynamics软件的有限元数值模拟模块对轴承套圈沟道强化研磨加工的撞击速度进行优化分析,提出了强化研磨加工的最优撞击速度,并通过强化研磨加工实验对最优撞击速度进行验证。结果表明:以最优的撞击速度对轴承套圈沟道进行强化研磨加工能够提高工件表面硬度,尤其是获取大量有利于提高其耐磨性能及延长其疲劳寿命的微观油囊结构层。
為優化彊化研磨加工工藝,採用Workbench Explicit Dynamics軟件的有限元數值模擬模塊對軸承套圈溝道彊化研磨加工的撞擊速度進行優化分析,提齣瞭彊化研磨加工的最優撞擊速度,併通過彊化研磨加工實驗對最優撞擊速度進行驗證。結果錶明:以最優的撞擊速度對軸承套圈溝道進行彊化研磨加工能夠提高工件錶麵硬度,尤其是穫取大量有利于提高其耐磨性能及延長其疲勞壽命的微觀油囊結構層。

In order to optimize the procedure of reinforced grinding process,numerical simulation of Workbench Explicit Dynamics software is adopted to analyze the optimal impact velocity of re-inforced grinding of bearings ring raceway.The optimal impact velocity is proposed and verified for the reinforced grinding of bearings ring raceway.The simulation results showed that the rein-forced grinding process with the optimal impact velocity could improve the surface hardness of bearing ring raceway.Furthermore,it also could obtain large amounts of microcosmic oil sac structure layer which wil be helpful to improve the wear resistance and prolong the fatigue life.
