目的：探讨角膜穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障Ⅰ期手术的临床效果。方法对30例角膜穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障Ⅰ期行穿孔伤清创缝合、白内障超声乳化、人工晶体植入术，观察术后恢复情况。结果患者视力不同程度提高，术后一周视力大于0.3者占53.33%。结论角膜穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障Ⅰ期手术是可行的方案之一，可根据患者实际情况进行选取。
목적：탐토각막천공상합병외상성백내장Ⅰ기수술적림상효과。방법대30례각막천공상합병외상성백내장Ⅰ기행천공상청창봉합、백내장초성유화、인공정체식입술，관찰술후회복정황。결과환자시력불동정도제고，술후일주시력대우0.3자점53.33%。결론각막천공상합병외상성백내장Ⅰ기수술시가행적방안지일，가근거환자실제정황진행선취。
