机床数控系统的位置伺服控制模块是一个典型的非线性、不确定性的时变系统，传统的PID控制方法和自适应控制不能达到满意的控制效果。将CMAC网络与滑模变结构控制相结合，提出基于CMAC的滑模位置控制策略，并对该控制算法进行了仿真研究。结果表明：位置伺服系统在该控制策略作用下，响应速度快，无超调，并且能大大减弱常规滑模变结构控制中的抖振现象。
機床數控繫統的位置伺服控製模塊是一箇典型的非線性、不確定性的時變繫統，傳統的PID控製方法和自適應控製不能達到滿意的控製效果。將CMAC網絡與滑模變結構控製相結閤，提齣基于CMAC的滑模位置控製策略，併對該控製算法進行瞭倣真研究。結果錶明：位置伺服繫統在該控製策略作用下，響應速度快，無超調，併且能大大減弱常規滑模變結構控製中的抖振現象。

Aiming at uncertain parameters and external disturbance of Numerical Control (NC) Machining Tool position servo system,this paper proposed a kind of neuron sliding mode control algorithm based on CMAC (cerebel a model articulation control)by combing CMAC network with sliding mode control.The simulation results show the control method effectively reduces the chat-tering phenomenon in the conventional slide mode variable structure control.It also shows the position servo system has better dynamic performance,static performance and strong robust-ness.It can realize rapid and exact position servo control.
