目的:建立原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定药用炭中镉的含量。方法:样品灰化炽灼后,残渣加2ml盐酸,加热溶解,置50ml量瓶中,加水稀释至刻度,采用A A S法测定药用炭中镉的含量。结果:镉在0~0.4μ g/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997;平均回收率为100.7%(n=6),RSD为0.9%。结论:本方法简单、快速、准确;可用于药用炭中镉的测定。

목적:건립원자흡수광보법(AAS)측정약용탄중력적함량。방법:양품회화치작후,잔사가2ml염산,가열용해,치50ml량병중,가수희석지각도,채용A A S법측정약용탄중력적함량。결과:력재0~0.4μ g/m L범위내선성관계량호,상관계수위0.9997;평균회수솔위100.7%(n=6),RSD위0.9%。결론:본방법간단、쾌속、준학;가용우약용탄중력적측정。
Objective:To establish an AAS method to determine cadmium(Cd) in medical charcoal. Method: After ashing ignition, the sample was added hydrochloric acid 2ml to dissolve, the content of Cd in the samples was determined by AAS. Result:The good linear relation was obtained from 0 to 0.4μg/mL for Cd with a regression coefficient of 0.9997. The averaged recovery rate of potassium was 100.7%(n=6) with RSD of 0.9%. Conclusion:The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to control cadmium in medical charcoal.
