目的：探讨Solitaire AB支架取栓术治疗急性大脑中动脉闭塞的临床效果。方法急性大脑中动脉闭塞患者15例，用Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗，观察其疗效、围术期的并发症以及随访情况。结果手术过程中15例患者均能从大脑中动脉取出血栓，数字减影血管造影显示血管再通，血管再通后30 min数字减影血管造影检查显示脑血管均无再次闭塞。术后15例患者肢体偏瘫症状均有不同程度改善。1 d后脑计算机断层扫描血管造影显示，大脑中动脉无再次闭塞13例（86．7％），症状好转；大脑中动脉再次闭塞2例（13．3％），且患者肢体、语言、意识障碍等功能障碍进行性加重。结论 Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗大脑中动脉急性闭塞血管再通率高，操作简单，但仍有部分患者会出现大脑中动脉再次闭塞。
목적：탐토Solitaire AB지가취전술치료급성대뇌중동맥폐새적림상효과。방법급성대뇌중동맥폐새환자15례，용Solitaire AB지가취전치료，관찰기료효、위술기적병발증이급수방정황。결과수술과정중15례환자균능종대뇌중동맥취출혈전，수자감영혈관조영현시혈관재통，혈관재통후30 min수자감영혈관조영검사현시뇌혈관균무재차폐새。술후15례환자지체편탄증상균유불동정도개선。1 d후뇌계산궤단층소묘혈관조영현시，대뇌중동맥무재차폐새13례（86．7％），증상호전；대뇌중동맥재차폐새2례（13．3％），차환자지체、어언、의식장애등공능장애진행성가중。결론 Solitaire AB지가취전치료대뇌중동맥급성폐새혈관재통솔고，조작간단，단잉유부분환자회출현대뇌중동맥재차폐새。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Solitaire AB stent on treatment of patients with acute middle cerebral artery occlusion .Methods Fifteen patients with acute middle cerebral artery occlusion received thrombectomy with Solitaire AB stent .The curative effect , perioperative complications and outcome of follow-up were observed .Results In the process of operation ,the thrombus was successfully taken out of cerebral artery in all patients . The recanalization of middle cerebral artery was confirmed by digital subtraction angiography ( DSA ) .No occlusion reappeared in the cerebral artery 30 minutes after operation which was confirmed by DSA .The hemiplegia symptoms were improved in 15 cases after operation .No occlusion was observed in the middle cerebral artery in 13 cases(86.7%) by computed tomography angiography one day later ,with the above symptoms improved;The recurrence of occlusion was observed in 2 cases(13.3%),with deteriorated impairment of patients′body and language as well as disturbance of consciousness .Conclusion Solitaire AB stent can be successfully applied to the treatment of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion with a high recanalization rate and a simple process ,but the recurrence of occlusion can be observed in some patients .
