目的:探讨感染性腹泻患儿血内皮素( ET)、D-二聚体( D-D)、纤维蛋白原( FBG)水平变化。方法感染性腹泻患儿60例,其中轻型、中型、重型各20例,健康婴幼儿20例作为对照组,检测各组血ET、D-D、FBG、活化部分凝血活酶时间( APTT)、凝血酶原时间( PT)、凝血酶时间( TT)值。结果各组间ET、D-D、FBG水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),腹泻程度越重,ET、D-D、FBG水平越高(P<0.01);各组APTT、PT、TT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹泻患儿血ET水平与D-D水平呈正相关(P<0.01),D-D水平与FBG水平呈正相关( P<0.05)。结论重型腹泻患儿血管内皮细胞功能紊乱,凝血和纤溶系统激活。

목적:탐토감염성복사환인혈내피소( ET)、D-이취체( D-D)、섬유단백원( FBG)수평변화。방법감염성복사환인60례,기중경형、중형、중형각20례,건강영유인20례작위대조조,검측각조혈ET、D-D、FBG、활화부분응혈활매시간( APTT)、응혈매원시간( PT)、응혈매시간( TT)치。결과각조간ET、D-D、FBG수평비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),복사정도월중,ET、D-D、FBG수평월고(P<0.01);각조APTT、PT、TT수평비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);복사환인혈ET수평여D-D수평정정상관(P<0.01),D-D수평여FBG수평정정상관( P<0.05)。결론중형복사환인혈관내피세포공능문란,응혈화섬용계통격활。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood endothelin ( ET ) , D-dimer ( D-D ) , fibrinogen ( FBG) levels in children with infectious diarrhea .Methods Sixty children with infectious diarrhea were enrolled in the study,including 20 mild,20 medium and 20 severe cases.Another 20 healthy infants were adopted as control group.Blood ET,D-D,FBG,activated clotting enzyme live time ( APTT),prothrombin time ( PT) and thrombin time ( TT) were detected in each group .Results There were significant differences in the ET ,D-D and FBG levels among groups ( P<0 .01 ) .The higher the severity of diarrhea was ,the higher the ET ,D-D and FBG levels were ( P<0 .01 ) . There was no significant difference in the APTT,PT,TT levels(P>0.05).ET level positively correlated with D-D level(P<0.01),and D-D level positively correlated with FBG level in diarrhea children (P<0.05).Conclusion Dysfunction of vascular endothelium as well as the activation of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system can be observed among severe diarrhea children .
