目的：探讨鞘氨醇-1磷酸盐（ S1P）对宫颈癌HeLa细胞生长和侵袭能力的影响。方法分别应用S1P（实验组）和无脂肪型牛血清白蛋白（ BSA）载体溶液（对照组）处理宫颈癌HeLa细胞，采用噻唑蓝和5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷标记法细胞增殖分析法检测肿瘤细胞活力和增殖变化，趋化小室和侵袭小室检测肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭能力变化。结果与对照组细胞相比，实验组HeLa细胞活力及细胞增殖、HeLa细胞迁移和侵袭能力显著增强（P＜0．05）。结论 S1P可以导致宫颈癌HeLa细胞生长和侵袭能力增强，提示S1P蛋白在宫颈癌进展中可能发挥重要作用。
목적：탐토초안순-1린산염（ S1P）대궁경암HeLa세포생장화침습능력적영향。방법분별응용S1P（실험조）화무지방형우혈청백단백（ BSA）재체용액（대조조）처리궁경암HeLa세포，채용새서람화5-추탈양뇨밀정핵감표기법세포증식분석법검측종류세포활력화증식변화，추화소실화침습소실검측종류세포천이화침습능력변화。결과여대조조세포상비，실험조HeLa세포활력급세포증식、HeLa세포천이화침습능력현저증강（P＜0．05）。결론 S1P가이도치궁경암HeLa세포생장화침습능력증강，제시S1P단백재궁경암진전중가능발휘중요작용。
Objective To explore the effect of sphingosine-1 phosphate(S1P) on cell growth and invasion in cervical cancer cell line HeLa .Methods Cervical cancer HeLa cells were treated with S 1P( experimental group ) or fatty acid-free bovine serum albumin ( BSA ) ( control group ) , MTT and BrdU cell proliferation assays were used to analyze cell viability and proliferation .The cell migration and invasion was detected using Boyden chamber and Transwell assays .Results As to HeLa cells , the cell viability and proliferation as well as cell migration and invasion in the experimental group increased significantly compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion S1P can lead to the enhancement of cell growth and invasion in cervical cancer HeLa cells ,which suggests that S 1P protein may play a key role in the progression of cervical cancer .
