飞机铆钉连接设计涉及设计部门与计算部门,部门之间的数据交流过程不仅浪费大量时间,而且也会因为配合不协调导致数据版本等出现错误。为了优化飞机铆钉连接设计流程,文章提出了一种结合两个部门功能并利用设计者自身知识的计算机辅助设计方法,其核心是一个能够从多方面综合评价铆钉连接设计的算法以及一个友善的用户界面。将方法应用于SaM146涡轮发动机机舱铆钉连接设计,验证了其有效性。

Riveted joints design includes the design department and the calculation department. During the transmission of information between the two departments, a lot of time is wasted and it can easily lead to desynchroni-zation between departments. To optimize the design process of riveted joints in aeronautics, a method was brought out to solve this problem by combining the functions of these two departments and, at the same time, taking advantage of the designers’ expertise. The key elements of this method were a friendly user interface and an algorithm which can e-valuate riveted joints design from several aspects. Finally this method is applied to a riveted joints design in the na-celle of SaM146 turbofan engine and thus proves this method is both effective and efficient.
