目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者血浆切丝蛋白( cofilin)含量的变化及其临床意义。方法原发性非小细胞肺癌患者50例,健康对照组50例,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血浆cofilin含量,采用免疫组化SP法检测肺癌组织中的cofilin蛋白。结果肺癌组50例患者癌灶组织中cofilin蛋白阳性表达33例(66.00%),大部分定位于细胞质内,可见到弥漫性分布的棕黄色颗粒;肺癌组患者血浆cofilin蛋白含量为(0.592±0.387)ng/ml,明显高于对照组的(0.210±0.096)ng/ml(P<0.05);肺癌组织中cofilin蛋白阳性表达率、血浆cofilin蛋白含量与患者性别、年龄、组织学分化程度均无关(P>0.05),与TNM分期、淋巴结转移状况有关(P<0.05);血浆cofilin蛋白含量越高则肺癌组织中cofilin蛋白阳性表达率越高( P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者血浆cofilin蛋白含量明显升高,并与肺癌分期及淋巴结转移有关,检测血浆cofilin蛋白含量可用于肺癌术前诊断及临床分期、转移程度的评估。

목적:탐토비소세포폐암환자혈장절사단백( cofilin)함량적변화급기림상의의。방법원발성비소세포폐암환자50례,건강대조조50례,채용매련면역흡부법측정량조혈장cofilin함량,채용면역조화SP법검측폐암조직중적cofilin단백。결과폐암조50례환자암조조직중cofilin단백양성표체33례(66.00%),대부분정위우세포질내,가견도미만성분포적종황색과립;폐암조환자혈장cofilin단백함량위(0.592±0.387)ng/ml,명현고우대조조적(0.210±0.096)ng/ml(P<0.05);폐암조직중cofilin단백양성표체솔、혈장cofilin단백함량여환자성별、년령、조직학분화정도균무관(P>0.05),여TNM분기、림파결전이상황유관(P<0.05);혈장cofilin단백함량월고칙폐암조직중cofilin단백양성표체솔월고( P<0.05)。결론폐암환자혈장cofilin단백함량명현승고,병여폐암분기급림파결전이유관,검측혈장cofilin단백함량가용우폐암술전진단급림상분기、전이정도적평고。
Objective To investigate the changes in plasma cofilin protein content of lung cancer patients and its clinical significance .Methods Fifty cases of primary non-small cell lung cancer ( lung cancer group ) and 50 normal cases( control group ) were enrolled in the study .Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect plasma cofilin content in two groups ,and immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect cofilin protein expression in lung cancer tissues.Results There were 33 cases with positive cofilin protein in lung cancer tissues among 50 patients in the lung cancer group ( 66.00%) , most of which positioning within the cytoplasm , visible to tan particles diffuse distribution . Plasma cofilin protein content in lung cancer group was significantly higher than that of control group [(0.592 ±0.387) ng/ml vs.(0.210 ±0.096)ng/ml,P<0.05].The positive expression of cofilin protein in lung cancer tissues and plasma cofilin protein content didn′t correlate with patients′gender,age,degree of histological differentiation (P>0.05),but correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of cofilin protein in lung cancer tissues increased with the increasing plasma cofilin protein content ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Plasma cofilin protein content increases in the patients with lung cancer , which correlates with lung cancer stages and lymph node metastasis.The detection of cofilin protein content can be applied to evaluation on the preoperative diagnosis ,clinical staging,metastasis degree of lung cancer .
