为解决木工除尘风机系统的节能降耗问题,基于变频调速技术和节能原理设计了PLC控制的除尘风机变频调速系统。重点设计了电气控制系统和PLC控制程序,并进行了变频器调试和软件组态。在某家具制造厂进行了应用试验,结果表明所研发的变频节能系统运行稳定,与定频控制系统相比,取得了23%左右的节能效果。

In order to solve the problem of energy-saving and cost-reducing of woodworking dust removal fan system, based on variable frequency speed regulation technology and principle of energy-saving, a dust removal fan variable frequency speed regulation system controled by PLC was designed. The emphasis of this paper is laid on the design of electrical control system and PLC control program, the inverter debugging and software configuration were also completed. Application experiment was carried out in a furniture factory, the results show that the frequency conversion energy-saving system runs stably, compared with the fixed frequency control system, about 23% of the energy saving effect is obtained.
