针对铁路安全运行问题,对钢轨振动分析、检测和故障识别进行了理论上的探讨。运用车辆轨道耦合动力学理论建立车辆轨道垂向模型,同时,结合相关标准设定车辆和轨道典型故障,分别求取车辆及钢轨在正常及故障工况下的振动响应。通过对振动信号的加速度功率谱的对比分析,识别出各种典型故障信号特征,为利用光纤检测试验提供理论依据。理论研究表明,在各种典型故障工况下,利用钢轨振动判别车辆走行部、钢轨故障具有可行性,尤其是容易识别轮轨接触区域故障,可以达到实时诊断和预警的目的,对提高铁路安全具有创新性意义。

Aiming at the safe operation problem, the thesis studies on thedetection and fault identification. This paper uses the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics to establishvertical-track model respectively. At the same time, the model considers different kinds of typical faults based on related standards and analyzes vibratory response of vehicle’s running parts and track in normal and fault condition. Through the frequency domain analysis of vibration signal, the simulation extracts fault feature of different typical fault types to provide theoretical guidance for optical fi-ber detection experiment. After the theoretical analysis, it’s proved that using rail’s vibration to identify the fault of vehicle’s running part and rail in different typical fault conditions is feasible, especially for the fault between wheel and rail. The purpose of real-time diagnosis and early warning can be achieved to improve railway safety and has in-novation significance.
