太阳能电池片发电具有环保性和高效率性,受到很多国家的青睐。太阳能电池片的焊接目前主要分为人工焊接、单焊和串焊3种方式。该文在电池片串焊机的基础上,基于美国Cognex公司的VisionPro机器视觉开发软件对太阳能电池片定位与缺陷检测系统进行开发。视觉系统基于VisionPro采用C #编程语言,利用VisionPro中的图像工具包来处理图像对电池片进行视觉定位与缺陷检测,并通过与OMRON PLC以及EPSON机器手通信,从而实现太阳能电池片串焊机的全自动化。

As solar power has the advantage of environmental protection and high efficient, it was favored by many countries. Welding of cells is currently divided into many methods, such as manual welding , single welding and string welding etc. This article is developed on the basis of solar cell string welding,based on the VisionPro ma-chine vision software of American Cognex company ,developing system for solar cell localization and defect detection. VisionPro vision system uses C # programming language based on the VisionPro, using VisionPro the image processing toolkit for visual localization and defect detection of cells, and through communicating with OMRON PLC and EPSON robot, enabling solar cell string welder fully automated.
