对GSP气化炉内多相反应流场进行了数值模拟研究。计算结果表明:气化炉内为旋射流流场,颗粒沿着螺旋下降的迹线运行;炉内高温火焰区主要集中在气化炉中轴线上,从上至下,整体温度先升高后降低;火焰区域内CO和H2体积分数较低,而CO2和H2 O体积分数相对较高。
對GSP氣化爐內多相反應流場進行瞭數值模擬研究。計算結果錶明:氣化爐內為鏇射流流場,顆粒沿著螺鏇下降的跡線運行;爐內高溫火燄區主要集中在氣化爐中軸線上,從上至下,整體溫度先升高後降低;火燄區域內CO和H2體積分數較低,而CO2和H2 O體積分數相對較高。

A numerical simulation study is carried out of multiphase reacting field inside GSP gasifier.The calculation results show that there is spin jet flow in GSP gasifie, particles move along downward spiral trace;high temperature flame zone inside the gasifier is concentrated mainly at axis of the gasifier, from the top to the bottom of the gasifier, the overall temperature rises first and then decreases;in flame zone, the volume fractions of CO and H2 are lower while the volume fractions of CO2 and H2 O are relatively higher.
