通过对107个硝化棉样品的近红外漫反射光谱及其含氮量参比值的研究,采用偏最小二乘法建立了测定硝化棉含氮量的数学模型。用t-对子检验对比了其与化学分析法的结果。结果表明,该模型的交互验证决定系数(R2)为0.9981,交互验证残差均方根(RMSECV)为0.026%;外部验证的残差均方根(RMSEP)为0.023%。t-对子检验表明,近红外光谱法与化学分析法无显著差异。该方法将分析时间缩短到3 min 以内,可代替化学分析方法。

Through the study on near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy for 107 kinds of nitrocellulose (NC) samples and their reference value of nitrogen content in NC,the mathematical model for the determination of nitrogen content in NC was established with Partial Least Squares (PLS)method.The results by pairt-test were compared with those by chemical analysis method.Results show that the correlation coefficient of cross-validation (R2 )is 0.998 1 and the Root-Mean-Squares Error of Cross-Validation (RMSECV)is 0.026%.The Root-Mean-Square Error of Predication(RMSEP)of external-validation is 0.023%.The results by pairt-test show that there is no obvious difference between NIR method and the chemical analysis method.NIR method can make the analyzation time shorten to 3 min and can replace chemical analysis method.
