传统控制方式的吊车需要工作人员在吊车上固定的操作室内操作,工作效率低,操作人员的安全也得不到保障。针对上述问题,文章提出以单片机设计控制,配合专用无线通讯模块实现遥控操作,实现无线自动遥控装置对吊车进行控制,操作人员只需在货物起吊和放置地点进行作业,就能实现物料的准确起吊和放置。
傳統控製方式的弔車需要工作人員在弔車上固定的操作室內操作,工作效率低,操作人員的安全也得不到保障。針對上述問題,文章提齣以單片機設計控製,配閤專用無線通訊模塊實現遙控操作,實現無線自動遙控裝置對弔車進行控製,操作人員隻需在貨物起弔和放置地點進行作業,就能實現物料的準確起弔和放置。

The traditional control method of crane needs to be operated in the fixed operation room, and it has low work efficiency and less safety to the operator. According to the above problem, in this paper, it put forward with the single chip processor design, with special wireless communication module to realize the remote control, wireless remote control to control the crane automatically. And then, operators only need working in the lifting and placing area of goods, and the correct lifting and placing can be achieved.
