本文针对北京联通卫星局现有卫星通信网络特点,分析了与承载业务相关的卫星通信系统主要指标,确定了保障业务正常传送的关键技术参数;细致研究、比较各类主流设备性能,顺应通信技术发展趋势;综合考虑业务传送、路由调配、集中网管、在线监测等各方面因素;立足于降本增效、节能减排的总体原则确定了卫星通信系统L频段升级的实施方案;并对其中相关方面进行了细致研究,为今后卫星业务发展铺平了道路。

On account of the existing features of network in China United Network Communication Corp Beijing Branch, this paper analyzes the main indicators of satellite communication system, identified the key technical parameters of transmission; carefully studies and compares the performance of major equipments, complies with communication technology trends; considers many factors such as transmission, routing deployment, centralized network, online monitoring; makes plans of upgrading L-band of satellite communication system based on the general principles of cutting the cost, efifciency and energy conservation. Moreover, this paper has already carried out some practical researches. It will pave the way for the future development of satellite services.
