荔枝核具有祛寒止痛、行气散结等功效,是药食同补的传统中药材。近年来有关荔枝核的化学成分(如挥发性成分类、有机酸和脂肪酸类、氨基酸类、皂苷类、黄酮类、糖类等)和药理作用(如抗氧化和自由基清除、抑制微生物、抗肝损伤、降糖调血脂及抑制肿瘤作用等)的研究有较大进展,本文对此进行综述。
荔枝覈具有祛寒止痛、行氣散結等功效,是藥食同補的傳統中藥材。近年來有關荔枝覈的化學成分(如揮髮性成分類、有機痠和脂肪痠類、氨基痠類、皂苷類、黃酮類、糖類等)和藥理作用(如抗氧化和自由基清除、抑製微生物、抗肝損傷、降糖調血脂及抑製腫瘤作用等)的研究有較大進展,本文對此進行綜述。
려지핵구유거한지통、행기산결등공효,시약식동보적전통중약재。근년래유관려지핵적화학성분(여휘발성성분류、유궤산화지방산류、안기산류、조감류、황동류、당류등)화약리작용(여항양화화자유기청제、억제미생물、항간손상、강당조혈지급억제종류작용등)적연구유교대진전,본문대차진행종술。
Litchi seeds show salutary pharmacodynamic effects, such as dispelling cold, relieving pain, promoting circulation of qi and removing stasis, which has been a traditional Chinese medicine nourishing as medicine and diet. Recent studies of litchi seeds have concentrated on their chemical components, such as volatile constituents, organic acids and fatty acids, amino acids, saponins, flavonoids and sugar, and pharmacological effects, such as antioxidant and free radical scavenging effect, suppression for viruses and bacteria,resistance to liver damage,hypoglycemic action and adjusting blood lipid,and inhibition of tumor. This paper will review the active ingredients and molecular efficacy mechanisms of litchi seeds.
