干扰素( interferon,IFN)是多功能细胞因子家族中的一大类,是一类高活性多功能的蛋白质。近年来,随着分子生物学和基因工程研究方法的日益进步,干扰素被广泛用于药学研究和临床,其抗病毒、免疫调节和抗肿瘤的生物活性,尤其是在治疗慢性乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎以及一些病毒性疾病方面越来越被认可。随着研究的深入,还发现干扰素具有抗血管生成的生物活性,这为阻断肿瘤组织中的血管生成提供了新的思路,成为相关领域的研究热点。本文对干扰素的药理研究进展予以综述。

Interferon ( IFN ) is a member of multifunctional cytokine family and a kind of highly active functional protein. With the molecular biology and genetic engineering recently developing,interferon is widely applied in pharmaceutical research. The effect of interferon on antiviral, immunomodulatory and antitumor activity,especially in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,hepatitis C and some viral diseases,has been attracted more attention. Other studies also show that interferon play a role on anti-angiogenesis,which provides a pave for blocking tumor angiogenesis. The progress of interferon on the pharmacological effect will be reviewed in this paper.
