在试车过程中,发动机调温器焊接接头靠近SUS430壳体一侧开裂。通过对调温器壳体化学成分分析,焊接接头断口扫描观察、金相组织观察并结合调温器失效前的情况综合分析,确定了调温器不锈钢焊接接头开裂的模式及产生原因。结果表明:调温器壳体一侧焊接接头为晶间腐蚀导致的沿晶开裂;焊接接头热影响细晶区的晶间腐蚀敏感性以及试机采用的自来水提供的腐蚀环境是导致调温器在壳体热影响细晶区腐蚀开裂的主因。针对调温器在焊接接头开裂的原因做出了合理的改进,取得了良好的效果。
在試車過程中,髮動機調溫器銲接接頭靠近SUS430殼體一側開裂。通過對調溫器殼體化學成分分析,銲接接頭斷口掃描觀察、金相組織觀察併結閤調溫器失效前的情況綜閤分析,確定瞭調溫器不鏽鋼銲接接頭開裂的模式及產生原因。結果錶明:調溫器殼體一側銲接接頭為晶間腐蝕導緻的沿晶開裂;銲接接頭熱影響細晶區的晶間腐蝕敏感性以及試機採用的自來水提供的腐蝕環境是導緻調溫器在殼體熱影響細晶區腐蝕開裂的主因。針對調溫器在銲接接頭開裂的原因做齣瞭閤理的改進,取得瞭良好的效果。
재시차과정중,발동궤조온기한접접두고근SUS430각체일측개렬。통과대조온기각체화학성분분석,한접접두단구소묘관찰、금상조직관찰병결합조온기실효전적정황종합분석,학정료조온기불수강한접접두개렬적모식급산생원인。결과표명:조온기각체일측한접접두위정간부식도치적연정개렬;한접접두열영향세정구적정간부식민감성이급시궤채용적자래수제공적부식배경시도치조온기재각체열영향세정구부식개렬적주인。침대조온기재한접접두개렬적원인주출료합리적개진,취득료량호적효과。
The welding joint of engine thermolator close to SUS430 shell cracked in testing progress. To find the mode and cause of the cracking, chemical composition analysis of thermolator shell, SEM fracture and microstructure observation of the welding joint are carried out. The service condition of thermolator before failure was also considered. The results indicate that intergranular corrosion led to the intergranular cracking of the welding joint close to the thermolator shell. And the corrosion cracking of shell at heat affected fine grain zone was mainly due to the intergranular corrosion sensitivity of the heat affected fine grain zone in welding joint and the corrosion environment from tap water in testing. Meanwhile, some reasonable improvements have been done for the cracking of welding joint in the thermolator and the effect was favorable.
