应用微生物技术,优化组合条垛式间歇一次好氧发酵、连续槽式二次好氧发酵与陈化相结合的发酵工艺,利用木薯制酒精副产的糟泥为主要原料,以生物质电厂草木灰、碳化稻壳灰及杏鲍菇、蘑菇的下脚料等作为调理剂,添加一种高温速效复合微生物发酵菌剂及废脱硫剂(硫酸铵),制取环保生态型有机肥。该生产技术对改善土壤环境质量及酒精糟泥资源化利用技术进步起到了较大的推动作用,具有良好的推广价值。

Using microbial technology, optimizing and combining fermentation process of windrow composting intermittent main aerobic fermentation, and continuous stirred trough secondary aerobic fermentation combined with ageing, using sludge, which is byproduct in producing alcohol by cassava, as main raw material, using plant ash from biomass power plant, carbonized rice hull ash and residual wastes of pleurotus eryngii and mushroom as conditioner, adding high temperature quick-acting compound microbial inoculant and the spent desulfurizer ( ammonium sulfate ) , the green and ecological organic fertilizer is produced.The production technology has greater promotion effect on improving soil environmental quality and the resource utilization technological progress of alcohol sludge, having a good popularizing value.
