在知识经济时代，大学已不再是封闭的象牙塔，它通过与政府和企业组成的三条螺旋线的协同互动，推动了知识、政策和资本的有效结合，内部学院作为高校的基本运营单位，如何评价其在三螺旋视角下的绩效具有十分重要的现实意义。文章以X大学为实证研究对象，根据17个学院的投入与产出指标的统计数据，运用数据包络分析（ DEA）评价学院在政产学研中的绩效状况，并采用因子分析法和聚类分析法等将17个学院分为四类，对各类学院绩效差异的原因进行分析并提出相应的对策建议。

In the era of knowledge economy, the university is no longer a closed ivory tower.It synergistically in-teracts with government and enterprises.This forms a triple helix line and thus pushes the combination of knowl-edge, policy and capital.An internal faculty is a basic operating unit of a university and hence is of practical signif-icance in assessing the university’ s performance in perspective of triple helix.This paper takes a university as an example and applies the method of Data Envelopment Analysis ( DEA) to assess performance of 17 faculties of the university based on their budget and educational and scientific products.The performances of the faculties are clas-sified into four groups by using factor analysis and cluster analysis.Relevant suggestions are therefore put forward according to the analysis of different performances within the faculties.
