利用大型落锤和一级轻气炮加载装置对 RDX 基 PBX 炸药进行撞击加载实验,获取了不同应力率(0.314~9.83GPa/ms)下的力学响应特性及反应情况,探讨了应力率对该RDX基PBX炸药撞击安全性机理的影响。结果表明,随着应力率的增加,RDX基PBX炸药的撞击安全性降低;PBX炸药颗粒的变形速率随着应力率的增加而增大,热量无法被蜡状添加物在短时间内吸收,使得 RDX 颗粒温度迅速上升,这是 RDX 基 PBX 炸药撞击安全性下降的主要原因。
利用大型落錘和一級輕氣砲加載裝置對 RDX 基 PBX 炸藥進行撞擊加載實驗,穫取瞭不同應力率(0.314~9.83GPa/ms)下的力學響應特性及反應情況,探討瞭應力率對該RDX基PBX炸藥撞擊安全性機理的影響。結果錶明,隨著應力率的增加,RDX基PBX炸藥的撞擊安全性降低;PBX炸藥顆粒的變形速率隨著應力率的增加而增大,熱量無法被蠟狀添加物在短時間內吸收,使得 RDX 顆粒溫度迅速上升,這是 RDX 基 PBX 炸藥撞擊安全性下降的主要原因。
이용대형락추화일급경기포가재장치대 RDX 기 PBX 작약진행당격가재실험,획취료불동응력솔(0.314~9.83GPa/ms)하적역학향응특성급반응정황,탐토료응력솔대해RDX기PBX작약당격안전성궤리적영향。결과표명,수착응력솔적증가,RDX기PBX작약적당격안전성강저;PBX작약과립적변형속솔수착응력솔적증가이증대,열량무법피사상첨가물재단시간내흡수,사득 RDX 과립온도신속상승,저시 RDX 기 PBX 작약당격안전성하강적주요원인。
The impact loading tests of a RDX-based PBX explosive were carried out using large drop hammer and one-stage light gas gun loading device.The mechanical response and reaction degree at different stress rates (ranged from 0.314 to 9.83GPa/ms)were obtained.The effect of stress rate on impact safety mechanism of the RDX-based PBX explosive was discussed.The results show that the impact safety of the RDX-based PBX explosive decreases, the deformation rate of explosive particles increase with increasing the stress rates,and the heat cannot be absorbed by the waxy additive in a short period of time and makes the temperature of explosive particles rise rapidly,which is the main reason for impact safety decrease of the RDX-based PBX explosive.
