为了查明河南某地含锂粘土矿的工艺矿物学性质,通过X射线衍射、红外光谱分析和电子探针等手段,对该含锂粘土矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,结果表明,矿石中的锂主要为锂绿泥石,其粒度微细,且多与粘土矿物等成分混杂,局部可见锂绿泥石聚集呈团状,扫描电镜分析结果显示锂绿泥石集合体中包裹有大量的一水硬铝石等杂质矿物,以上原因造成矿石中锂绿泥石很难通过选矿方法富集。根据矿石的结构构造特征建议对矿石采用全岩浸出的方案提取矿石中的锂元素。

To determine the process mineralogical properties of a lithium clay in Henan , semi -quantitative spectral analysis , chemical analysis, X-diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, optical mi-croscopy and other analysis methods were conducted .The results show that lithium in the ore was mainly lithium chlorite with very fine particle size and intertwined with other minerals .Gathered slug of lithium chlorite was observed , and a lot of diaspore monohydrate impurities were found in the lithium chlorite slug by scanning electron microscopy analysis .According to these properties , the enrichment of lithium will be difficult by dressing methods and the whole -rock leaching process was recommended .
