通过热力学理论分析,计算出锌阳极泥?硫化锌精矿混合焙烧过程可能发生的各反应吉布斯自由能;同时运用X射线衍射技术研究了焙烧过程中主要矿物物相的变化。理论和试验结果均表明:锌阳极泥?硫化锌精矿混合焙烧过程中,硫化锌首先发生氧化反应,生成ZnO和SO2,之后MnO2与SO2反应生成MnSO4。经混合焙烧工艺,有利于下一步的锰浸出工艺。

Based on thermodynamic analysis, Gibbs free energy for possible reactions amid the roasting of a mixture of zinc anode slime and zinc sulfide concentrate was calculated, while X?ray diffraction( XRD) was used to study the phase transformations through the roasting process. It is verified by theoretical and experiment results that there are mainly two sequential chemical reactions occurred in this roasting process:ZnS is firstly oxidized to ZnO and SO2 , then MnSO4 can be obtained after the reaction between SO2 and MnO2 . The roasting process of this mixture will surely facilitate the following manganese?leaching process.
