某复杂多金属矿含有铜、银、铅、锌等多种有用组分,具有较高经济价值。为综合回收有用金属,采用优先浮选工艺,先混合浮选铜铅,再抑铅浮铜,银随铜进入铜精矿产品。原矿含铜0.58%,含银163.82 g/t,最终获得铜精矿含铜17.05%、铜回收率为77?62%,含银5623.6 g/t,银回收率90.25%,有效实现了铜及银的回收。

Beneficiation technique for some complex polymetallic ore containing valuable components such as Cu, Ag, Pb and Zn was studied. A preferential flotation flowsheet was used, including sequentially a Cu?Pb bulk flotation and a preferential separation of copper by depressing lead, with the silver minerals enriched into copper concentrate. With the run?of?mine ore containing 0.58% Cu and 163.82 g/t Ag, the final copper concentrate was obtained at grade of 17.05%Cu and 5 623.6 g/t Ag, with recoveries of 77.62% Cu and 90.25% Ag, realizing an efficient recovery of copper and silver.
