Current state of specularite beneficiation flowsheet in Lilou Mine, including grinding and classification processes, was introduced. The grinding efficiency was increased by reducing the mill feed size adopting a “more crushing and less grinding” principle, and parameters for grinding?classification operations were optimized. According to the effect evaluation, it can be concluded that size distribution of grinding products has been obviously improved.
