以某铁矿选矿全尾砂为充填骨料,通过配制不同灰砂比和不同浓度的高浓度砂浆,对CKФ3 m×3 m高浓度砂浆搅拌槽样机的性能指标进行了现场试验研究。结果表明,砂浆浓度不大于75%时,样机搅拌能力足够,搅拌均匀性较好,最佳搅拌时间为15~20 min,底部排浆口较溢流口排浆效果更好,满足矿山高浓度充填中搅拌浓度和充填能力的要求,适合全尾充填过程中高浓度砂浆搅拌制浆工艺。

With tailings from an iron ore mine as filling aggregate for preparing high?density slurry of different lime?sand ratio and mass concentration, the performance index of prototype agitation tank of CKФ3 m × 3 m was tested by on?site filling. The test results indicate that the prototype after optimum 15~20 min for stirring can lead to a sufficient and uniform mixing of the sand fill at slurry concentration less than 75%. Furthermore, the slurry being discharged from the bottom port is better than from overflow orifice. It is concluded that the prototype can be adopted for mixing and preparing high?density sand fill of full tailings in the mine.
