本文对阀桥导柱断裂的原因进行了分析和计算,发现导柱材料疲劳强度低以及前后排气阀存在温差,使阀桥单边产生弯矩,进而使得导柱疲劳断裂。通过改进导柱材料,提高抗疲劳强度,有效解决了这一问题。
本文對閥橋導柱斷裂的原因進行瞭分析和計算,髮現導柱材料疲勞彊度低以及前後排氣閥存在溫差,使閥橋單邊產生彎矩,進而使得導柱疲勞斷裂。通過改進導柱材料,提高抗疲勞彊度,有效解決瞭這一問題。

This paper analyzes the cause for fracture of valve bridge guide post by calculation, ifnds that material fatigue strength of the guide post is low, and temperature difference between rear and front exhaust valves makes the unilateral valve bridge produce bending moment, thus makes the guide post fatigue fracture. By improving the guide post material to enhance fatigue strength, the problem has effectively been solved.
