高职学生社团是实施大学生素质教育的有效载体，是促进高职校园素质文化建设的主力军。目前高职学生社团管理中还存在着传承性差、活动策划单一等诸多问题，这影响到高职社团建设的成效。高职院校可以通过高层设计，引领传承，抓好“两个转变”，搭建“微管理”平台等创新途径来保证社团的可持续性发展。

Students societies are the effective carriers in implementing quality-oriented education,the main force to promote the con?struction of campus culture at vocational colleges. But at present,there are some problems such as poor planning,single inheritance and many other issues,which affect the effectiveness of the construction. Therefore,by high-level designing,leading the inheritance,grasping the“two changes”,building platform like"micro management",we can ensure the sustainable development of students societies .
