分析了冲压等高线与冲压方向的相互关系,归纳出不同冲压方向下冲压等高线的变化规律,进而从图形比较的角度将冲压等高线转化为边心距曲线进行比较,从而建立基于冲压等高线的冲压方向优化模型,为后续进行基于CAD软件的优化计算奠定基础。
分析瞭遲壓等高線與遲壓方嚮的相互關繫,歸納齣不同遲壓方嚮下遲壓等高線的變化規律,進而從圖形比較的角度將遲壓等高線轉化為邊心距麯線進行比較,從而建立基于遲壓等高線的遲壓方嚮優化模型,為後續進行基于CAD軟件的優化計算奠定基礎。

The relationship between contour line of stamping and the punching direction has been analyzed. The law of contour lines among different punching directions has been summarized to compare the curve of apothem which is transformed from the contour lines, thus building optimized model for calculate optimization by CAD.
