根据某型发动机涡轮叶片动应力测量试验要求,提出了一种基于遥测技术的高温动应力测量系统方案,并重点介绍了测量系统组成、工作原理及系统标定。利用该测量系统,成功获取了发动机涡轮叶片动应力数据。整个试验过程中,遥测系统工作正常,表现出良好的冷却效果、电源稳定性和信号频率跟随性。试验结果表明,该型发动机在特定转速区间内存在窄频带共振,振幅水平较高,具有明显的破坏性,结果可信。
根據某型髮動機渦輪葉片動應力測量試驗要求,提齣瞭一種基于遙測技術的高溫動應力測量繫統方案,併重點介紹瞭測量繫統組成、工作原理及繫統標定。利用該測量繫統,成功穫取瞭髮動機渦輪葉片動應力數據。整箇試驗過程中,遙測繫統工作正常,錶現齣良好的冷卻效果、電源穩定性和信號頻率跟隨性。試驗結果錶明,該型髮動機在特定轉速區間內存在窄頻帶共振,振幅水平較高,具有明顯的破壞性,結果可信。
근거모형발동궤와륜협편동응력측량시험요구,제출료일충기우요측기술적고온동응력측량계통방안,병중점개소료측량계통조성、공작원리급계통표정。이용해측량계통,성공획취료발동궤와륜협편동응력수거。정개시험과정중,요측계통공작정상,표현출량호적냉각효과、전원은정성화신호빈솔근수성。시험결과표명,해형발동궤재특정전속구간내존재착빈대공진,진폭수평교고,구유명현적파배성,결과가신。
To meet the aero-engine test requirements, a measurement system of dynamic stress of turbine rotor blades using telemetry in high temperature environment was introduced. System composition, princi?ple of operation and system calibration were presented. The blade dynamic stress data were obtained suc?cessfully by test, in the course of which, the telemetry system worked well with good cooling effect, stable power output and perfect ability of frequency track. The test results show that the engine has a narrow reso?nant frequency band and high level amplitude in a certain range of rotation speed, which is obvious damag?ing to the engine structure. The test results is believable.
